The hotel offers spacious rooms with beautiful interiors and a cool ambiance, great facilities for family and kids to enjoy holidays. However, there were some issues with missing items, requiring multiple calls for assistance, and overall low-quality amenities. The beach and pool area were not fully prepared and lacked towels, impacting the guest experience.

My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The rooms, while fabulous and extraordinary, were unfortunately riddled with various stains on the carpet, furniture, curtains, and walls, making me question their cleanliness. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster; the cleaners were very kind and willing to help quickly, yet the male receptionist lacked hospitality and respect towards guests from different backgrounds. The location offered great amenities and a beautiful time with loved ones, but the overall quality did not quite meet the expected 5-star standards. The dining experience was not value for money, with limited options and expensive additional charges for basic amenities. Despite these downsides, the hotel had some fantastic moments, like excellent beach access and a few friendly staff members.
